Animal Rescue Center

Animal Rescue Center Makov was established in 1993 by the Czech Union for Nature Conservation.

This Center is a part of the National Network of Rescue Centers in the Czech Republic. 35 aviaries built on the area of the Center cover 4000m².

The Center accepts all injured or ill wild animals. It takes care of abandoned baby animals and provides first aid, veterinary treatment, rehabilitation, preparation for release and actual release back to nature.
